For the 1st quarter of 2009, The VNA of Maryland had an overall patient satisfaction rating of 93%. Over 94% of our patients are likely to choose the VNA should they need Home Care again.
Here is what some of our patients said about the staff at the VNA:

· Carol was always on time and an excellent motivator.

· Sal is the best. He is thorough and sympathetic.
· The care and concern of all the staff members was most comforting.
· David was fantastic. He took tome to explain and talk.
· Mike and Janice were the best! Please give them a Big Bonus- just don’t tell anyone
· A coordinator called me. I did not have to set up appointments. I was told the names of the assigned personnel and they contacted me and kept all the appointments.
· I liked not having to travel for treatment. I thought Kelly was outstanding and I owe my early recovery to her.
· The cheerful and upbeat attitude of both Debbie and Shelly were a real treat for me
· It’s hard to improve on excellent care!
· I am a difficult patient. I have had several previous surgeries. But my recovery under the management of Barb was painless and effective.
· Chris was as good as it gets as far as I am concerned!
· Dean and Amy were both beyond excellent in the service that they provided including their abilities and perfect attitudes toward their jobs.
· If all your employees are like Betty and Carla, you have a top notch organization.
